I love any dessert, especially when alcohol is one of the ingredients. In this pie recipe, there's whiskey, chocolate, butterscotch, pecans, and an Oreo crust. Is there anything else you could want in a dessert? This pie is perfect on a nice spring day-really though, it's perfect on any day! It also goes well with homemade chocolate sauce or vanilla ice cream...or both! First things first, preheat your ovens to 350!
(You will need: a nine inch Pyrex pie pan, a medium sauce pan, and a food processor for this recipe!)
Crust:
1. FINELY grind up 20 Oreos and 1/4 cups melted unsalted butter in food processor.
2. Grease pie pan and firmly pat down in pan. Set aside.

Pie:
1. Mix together melted butter, eggs, and whiskey or bourbon. (You can also use 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract as a substitute for the alcohol.)
2. Then add sugar and flour to the existing mixture.
3. Stir in chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and pecans.
4. Pour mixture in pie pan and place in oven for 45-50 minutes.
Chocolate Sauce:
1. In medium sauce pan, mix together sugar, cocoa powder, and a 1/2 teaspoon salt. Place on low heat for a minute.
2. Add melted butter and stir consistently.
3. Stir in can of carnation milk and bring to a boil. Let boil for 3 minutes.
4. Add vanilla extract and almond extract.

Recipes:
Crust:
20 Oreos
1/4 Cup Unsalted butter
Pie:
1/2 Cup Butter
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Whiskey or Bourbon (Substitute: 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract)
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Butterscotch Chips
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
Chocolate Sauce
2 Cups Sugar
6 Tablespoons Cocoa
1/2 Teaspoons Salt
13 Oz. Can Carnation Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Almond Extract
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
